Notice of Daily Trail Fees – During the winter operating season, daily trail fees are required for access to all managed snowmobiling areas, including Clemina, Keyhole, Allen Creek, and Chappell Creek. These fees are authorized by the Province of British Columbia through a partnership agreement with VARDA. All funds collected are reinvested directly into the snowmobile club to cover the essential costs of operation—such as grooming, insurance, staging areas, shelters, staffing, and administration.

These fees are per snowmobile, per day and can only be purchase with cash at any one of the VARDA managed riding areas. There will be staff operating the collections shack in each of these areas seven days a week. These areas include, Clemina, Keyhole, Allen and Chappell Creek riding areas.
Passengers and children 15 and under are FREE.
VARDA Seasons Pass Rates
A great way to simplify your visits to Valemount is to purchase an annual Seasons Pass that will allow you unlimited riding all season long in the Valemount managed areas.
A couple notes on the Sign On process. In 2022, alongside the BC Snowmobile Federation, the VARDA transitioned to a new service provider (Amilia) to streamline our membership process. All memberships will need to be purchased online via the link below. A date of birth is mandatory on your account in order to receive applicable Club discounts (such as youth, senior, and early bird discounts). You will also be required to upload a photo for your digital membership card, so please snap a selfie of all members before proceeding to purchase. To receive all applicable discounts (secondary etc) all memberships for a family must be purchased in one transaction.
You will NOT receive a physical membership card. Your card can be found within your Amilia account once you have registered and purchased your membership. You can take a screenshot of your card on your mobile device to present at the hills and/or print a copy.
